Attention all fans of balance, standing, siting or just general activity. Beginning Wednesday March 1st, @ 11 AM CIDER, in conjunction with SASH Vermont and Cathedral Square, will be offering balance classes for the general public at Bayview Crossing. Classes will last one hour and take place every Wednesday Please reach out to CIDER with any questions.
