Location: Camp Ingalls, 1769 South End Road, North Hero Cost: FREE; donations appreciated to benefit Island Arts This four-part meditation series will give attendees practical tools and insights which they can utilize in their own practice. The series is for people new to meditation as well as those with an existing practice. Instructor Bob Muncil is a Certified Meditation Instructor (School of Positive Transformation, Boulder, CO). He has meditated daily for many years and has taught various meditation classes and techniques to students of all ages and meditation experience. If you have never meditated but want to give it a try, this is the class for you. Offered in collaboration with the North Hero Parks and Recreation.
